Since then, the US has been using advanced techniques of modern war such as central banking policy to gain dominance and control over the Mediterranean sea. For those uncooperative parties such as Lybia the US used more direct techniques such as assassination of a foreign leader as part of an illegal war. In the end it makes perfect sense why Kony 2012 would be launched as a precursor to war in Uganda considering the recent discovery of large oil reserves held there. Because it close to the new trade route of the Mediterranean sea this makes it easier for companies like Baker Hughes Halliburton and Schlumberger to profit from the investments made by the Amer! ican tax payers. The quick-fix is ideal for healing groups of teammates and helping the front line push forward instead of healing singular patients and staying behind the team giving support like the other mediguns. The Quick-Fix's uber recharges fast and can serve multiple purposes depending on the situation. It can act as a "mini-uber" by using it on a single teammate, act as a "pushing-uber" by aiding in point captures/cart pushings, and, most importantly, as a "group-uber" by powering up a whole group of teammates, leading the team to a massive attack. Unfortunately you cannot overheal, but in compensation you ! can heal people faster, allowing you to jump from patient to patient keeping several teammates healthy and also building up uber quickly so you can deploy several consecutive ubers.
